I have just been diagnosed with this disease I have an ileostomy bag at the moment but I am hoping to have it reversed in June. I stay away from any type of food that comes in a box, so basically avoid nitrates, preservatives, and certain types of saturated fats. Fair play to you Chris for speaking out.
